From normal to serious...
**As teenagers, I think everyone imagines what suicide would be like. Would anyone care? What would people do and say...? But what happens when that once-in-a-while thought becomes a reoccuring, everyday thought? It becomes dangerous.
**This page is dedicated to those teens who think that their life is not worth living or don't think they make a difference. That's what I thought. Then I figured it out. Yeah I can, I can help others who need a little encouragment. If you have already read my story, I thought about suicide everyday for almost three years. And I tried it three times. Only twice seriously though. But any attempt is serious enough. I encourage you all to try to find strength within yourself like I did and reach out to someone else. I didn't think I could do it until I tried.
**Best of luck to all of you and I know that you all have the strength somewhere deep inside of you to get through any struggle that might step in front of you. <3 Cassi
Have You Thought About Suicide Seriously?
* Tell your therapist, a friend, a family member, or someone else who can help.
*Distance yourself from any means of suicide. If you are thinking of overdosing, flush down all the pills in your house or give your medication to a parent or friend that can administer it to you safely.
*Avoid alcohol or any other drugs not prescribed for you.
*Try to pace yourself and take things one step at a time. Don't attempt things you are likely to fail at.
*Try doing activities that will relax you...
